Oh hello! Didn't see you there! Thanks for having a listen to the FYP podcast; podcast 45 now, and the team are back to talk about lots of things (and some of it is about Palace).

After Wilf Zaha's award for Football League Young Player of the Year, the pod team come up with their own made up awards for Palace people, and also as Kevin Day comes all the way back from Cheltenham Festival to chat all things pod, we do our best horse puns.

A win and two draws since the last pod means the boys are in good spirits (even Streety for once), but there is special time reserved for Mile Jedinak and Dean Moxey's return.

There is also an update on the Dance With Crystals Sport Relief efforts, as JD and Streety give us the low down on cheerleader training - as James Endeacott looks nervously on ahead of Tuesday's big day against Barnsley.
